* Pilots who are competing at Unlimited, Advanced and Intermediate levels are reminded that they must have completed the Judges Home Study Course and be prepared to judge at this competition to be eligible to compete.

  Conditions of Entry

1. The undersigned hereby applies for entry in the Queensland Chapter State Aerobatic Titles at Watts Bridge Memorial Airfield Queensland on the 11th June to 13th June 2011. I enclose the entry fee for the Contest. I understand entries close on Monday 4th June 2012.

2. The undersigned pilot and owner hereby apply for entry in this contest and, if permitted to participate in said contest, agree to the following terms and conditions:

3. That the owner, pilot and aforementioned aircraft currently comply and will continue to comply throughout this contest with all applicable CASA regulations and all AAC rules and regulations applicable at the time of this contest.

4. That participation in this contest is not authorised until the Contest Director accepts entry form and the entry fee has been paid.

5. That the requirements of all Contest Officials will be immediately complied with, including attendance at all pilot briefings and technical inspections.

6. That the Contest Director, after consultation with the Contest Jury may at any time and for any reason terminate participation of the owner, pilot, or aircraft in this contest, and neither the director nor the AAC shall incur any liability or further duty to the undersigned as a result thereof.

7. That the undersigned assign and transfer any and all rights to photograph, tape, film, or in any way reproduce the participation of owner, pilot and/or aircraft in this contest to the AAC and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited, its agents, successors, or assigns.

8. That the undersigned hereby release and discharge the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents from all liability, whether caused by me or partly caused by me, however arising for loss injury or damage however caused (and whether fatal or otherwise) arising out of my membership of the Australian Aerobatic Club or my participation in aerobatics, flying in any aircraft being used for or in connection with aerobatics or in any way caused by or arising out of any activity carried on by me or the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited, whether or not such death, injury or damage is in any manner due to negligent act or omission, whether gross or not, breach of duty or default on the part of the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited,, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents.

9. That upon the occurrence of an event that might give rise to liability of the kind referred to in clause 8 above, I will, if so required by the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited,, sign a release and discharge in a form prepared by the solicitors for the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited,in order to effect a release and discharge of the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited,, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents from all liability, whether caused by me or partly caused by me, however arising for loss injury or damage however caused (and whether fatal or otherwise) arising out of my membership of the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited, or my participation in aerobatics, learning aerobatics, flying in any aircraft being used for or in connection with aerobatics or in any way caused by or arising out of any activity carried on by me or the Australian Aerobatic Club whether or not such death, injury or damage is in any manner due to negligent act or omission, whether gross or not, breach of duty or default on the part of the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited,, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents.

10. That the undersigned will indemnify and will keep indemnified Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited,, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents from all liability, whether caused by me or partly caused by me, however arising for loss injury or damage however caused (and whether fatal or otherwise) arising out of my membership of the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited,or my participation in aerobatics, learning aerobatics, flying in any aircraft being used for or in connection with aerobatics or in any way caused by or arising out of any activity carried on by me or the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited, whether or not such death, injury or damage is in any manner due to negligent act or omission, whether gross or not, breach of duty or default on the part of the Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited, its office bearers, committee persons, members, servants or agents.

11. That all statements on this application are true.

12. The Australian Aerobatic Club and the Australian Aerobatic Club (Queensland Chapter) Limited, reserves the right to alter both the venue and date of the Contest at anytime without prior notice.

The Competition is organised in accordance with the Sporting Code of the FAI and Contest Rules of the Australian Aerobatic Club.
